I specialize in working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, and single incident and/or developmental trauma (i.e., Complex PTSD) both virtually and in person at my office located near the border of Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. 

I believe therapy is most effective when it fits your specific needs, preferences, and treatment goals. My aim is work collaboratively and identify an approach that is going to be most useful for you, integrating feedback into our work to further that goal.

• Developing the ability to separate from, or better manage, unhelpful thoughts

• Increase understanding of nervous system states and survival responses

• Identify and clarify the values that support you in living a more meaningful life
